左侧相对于来说比较的多，主要因素和左侧精索静脉回流方式有关，另外也与结肠的位置有关。血管走形你没有办法改变，能做的就是尽量避免便秘。另外这玩意如果单侧，可能不影响生育，但是进一步加重也会有症状的。如果左侧睾丸已经比对侧小了，个人还是建议做手术吧，小手术
